1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the b8777 website located at https://b8777.bet (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and b8777 (the "Operator") with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

b8777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, or had an account closed by b8777 for violation of these Terms.

b8777 may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by b8777 support will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the b8777 Platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active b8777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where b8777 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be closed and any bonus winnings derived from multiple accounts forfeited.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

b8777 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of your registered mobile number (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions).

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. b8777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your b8777 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. b8777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts (mobile wallets, bank accounts) that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds deposited by a third party into your b8777 account, is prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by the b8777 cashier team around the clock. Verified accounts typically receive bKash and Nagad payouts within 10 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though b8777 reserves the right to apply staged payment schedules for withdrawals above ৳500,000 at its discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified b8777 account. b8777 will not transfer funds to a third party under any circumstances.

4.4 Refused or Delayed Transactions

b8777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• The player's account has not completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal request is subject to an ongoing investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse.
• A deposit associated with the account balance has been charged back or reversed by the payment provider.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires you to wager the total bonus amount 30 times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the b8777 Platform contribute equally — or at all — to satisfying bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is as follows unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Sports Betting (pre-match): 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.5.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion — typically 7 or 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds will be removed from the account balance automatically.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

b8777 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close a player's account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the b8777 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in a manner that does not harm other players, b8777 staff, or the integrity of the Platform. Specifically, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one b8777 account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity. b8777 will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

Violation of any of the above obligations will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your b8777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, b8777 will confirm your identity and process any pending verified withdrawal of legitimate funds. If your account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements at the time of closure, the bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds will be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by b8777

b8777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Account belonging to a person under 18 years of age.
• Account belonging to a person who has self-excluded from gambling platforms.
• b8777 determining that it is unable to offer services to the player for regulatory, legal, or risk-management reasons.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification. b8777 will retain transaction records and account data for the period required by applicable law.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period directly from the responsible gaming tools in their account settings, or by contacting support. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b8777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or server outage that causes a bet or game session to be interrupted or void.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

b8777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b8777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b8777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While b8777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available without interruption, b8777 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude b8777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
